all reactionaries from the upper Yangtsze and Chung Ching (Tseung Kai Shek) to attack Peking in conjunction with you and Pak Chun (Yim Shik Shan). When China is tranquillized, our Kuomintang and nation will find it very easy to promote

various improvements. We are filled with joy and emotion

for this, and we have not exhausted what we have to tell

you. We are anxious for your advice so as to accomplish our good schemes early. We have forwarded your telegram to all our Comrades, who will give you a reply separately.
